More of an all-purpose guy who will be an All-American as an All-Purpose or RS and you already have a player on the offensive list. I only put 2 from one team on same award if they are among top 3-4 nationally at their main position. Harper's receiving stats aren't the same as the others. He does have a little better numbers than Princeton WR but that is a unique situation because Princeton's QB is awful. Iosivas is a NFL draft pick who would have 900+ yards by now if he had a QB like DeMorat, Payton, etc.

I fully expect him to be on NFL watch lists next year and have a shot to come out after the 2023 season. It will be interesting to see if his grades are high enough that he just plays one more year or not. He is fun to watch on film. He has good hands and uses his size well. He is having the best year of any WR in FCS right now.

Looking at the YSU raw raw board they want to hand Jaleel McLaughlin the Payton for being the all time rushing, TD, carries and YDS per carry leader in NCAA history.

He did have an awesome year and an amazing career. Is this enough to give him the Payton..

No homer vote here I'd vote for him. By far the MVP on YSUs team with great numbers against stiff competition in the MVFC.

Looking at the YSU raw raw board they want to hand Jaleel McLaughlin the Payton for being the all time rushing, TD, carries and YDS per carry leader in NCAA history.

He did have an awesome year and an amazing career. Is this enough to give him the Payton..

No homer vote here I'd vote for him. By far the MVP on YSUs team with great numbers against stiff competition in the MVFC.
