RICHMOND, VA.- Tribe freshman Sophia Heilen has been named the CAA Swimmer of the Week as announced by the league Tuesday afternoon. Heilen brought home a pair of individual victories and had a relay win in the Tribe's triumph over Johns Hopkins.
