North Dakota State v the FBS stats
1. 4 games, Bison 3 - FBS 1 (arg)
2. NDSU 199 ypg rushing, FBS 84
3. The Gophers got 125 rushing yards on Saturday, the first FBS team to crack 100 yards against NDSU.
4. NDSU's QB, Steve Walker, 138 passes, 96 completions, 6 TDs, 1 INT, 1140 yards (QB rating of 151.86).
I promise I won't bring this game up again any time soon. First, NDSU could lose games down the stretch and beating the Gophers was obviously not the biggest win by an FCS team over an FBS team this year (heck, it's probably not even the most impressive FCS over FBS win by NDSU this year), but it is a HUGE AND HISTORIC deal for North Dakota and NDSU so I'm pretty excited.
BTW, does that UMass game against Boston College look impressive now or what?
