The latest installment of the Pioneer Football League’s oldest rivalry will unfold on Saturday afternoon at Brown Field. And this year, both teams enter the Hoosier Helmet rivalry showdown riding high as the Valparaiso University football program sits tied atop the Pioneer Football League at 2-0, while Butler blanked Dayton 31-0 this past week. As if there weren’t already enough reasons for Brown Field buzz, Saturday is the Lakeshore PAWS Benefit Game with the first 200 fans receiving free Valpo doggie bandanas.
