The James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country, Steve Dolan, has officially announced the 2022-23 campaign for the University of Pennsylvania track and field programs including hosting the 2023 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal championships.
