The Fred Mitchell Award released its September Watch List of place kickers from the FCS, Division II, Division III, NAIA and community college ranks on Monday. Among the list of 25 place kickers is Eastern Illinois junior place kicker Stone Galloway and Lindenwood sophomore Logan Seibert.
