RMU vs Wisconsin

Sorry this is so late, going into the third period. I had class tonight so I wasn't around. Anyways, Robert Morris at Wisconsin Hockey is on FCS Atlantic.

RMU was 2-0 going into the game with a wins against Boston University and Wayne State.

It is a new program, roughly 4-5 years old. They have made great progress though. Last year they beat Notre Damn when they were ranked 2nd or 3rd.

The rink RMU plays at is nice, but not a ton of seating, if i had to guess maybe 1500 at most (i am bad at guessing capacity though). They have been on FSP (Fox Sports Pittsburgh) as well as the local ESPN and FOX radio stations, so that is great. Pittsburgh in general is a good hockey market though, Pens are selling great and a lot of high schools have teams as well as many club teams.

well i would assume the badgers are a pretty good hockey team so i wouldnt hang my head too low on that one!

i think they were ranked 13-14th, so it was a tough game. Hope we can keep it close tomorrow with them. I think the guy said they had 14k fans there. Pretty impressive for a hockey game.
