Two Ohio Valley Conference football players have been named semifinalists for the 2022 William V. Campbell Trophy® the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced on Wednesday. The selections were Eastern Illinois wide receiver Isaiah Hill and Tennessee Tech linebacker Seth Carlisle.
