PHILADELPHIA – University of Pennsylvania sprint football freshman linebacker Charles Tauckus was named CSFL Rookie of the Week, announced by the league office Monday afternoon. Tauckus becomes the second Quaker in as many weeks to earn the honor following Brandon Graves in Week One.
