CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah University women's soccer team has had the best start to any single season in program history. They have an unblemished record in conference play after winning two matches against WAC opponents this past weekend, and Redshirt-Freshman Whitney Wangsgard has been a critical element in the team's unprecedented start to the season. Wangsgard has scored three goals, including the first home goal of the season in a 2-1 victory over UTEP, while also recording a team-high four assists, including the game-winning assist in each of SUU's first two conference games this past weekend.
