N.Iowa @ W.Illinois UNI, solidifies #1 ranking.

McNeese St. @ Nicholls St. Nicholls St. McNeese's weak schedule shows itself in this loss.

New Hampshire @ Hofstra. UNH. Hofstra is excellent -- and undefeated, but UNH (if Santos is healthy) scores on even the best defenses and Pride doesn't have enough offensive firepower to stay with Wildcats in a track meet. Pride running game will eat up the clock, keeping it close.

NDSU @ Minnesota. NDSU, but never easy even with the Gophers way down this year.

Georgia Southern @ Appalachian St. App State. Superior talent.

Elon @ Wofford. Wofford--making a case for Top 2 or 3 in nation.

JMU vs. the BYE Cycles... That team has GOT to have the roughest schedule in the FCS... they play, like, everyone and travel all over the freakin' country!

In reality, this BYE could not have come at a better time for JMU. Looking forward to the 4-game playoff for the playoffs in the CAA starting week 9. As for now, I'll sit back and hopefully watch some teams beat each other up!

Answering the ? at hand:
UNI
McNeese St.
UNH
Minnesota (What! Blasphemy! right? :) )
App St.
Wofford

McNeese's opponents are a combined 10-29. But don't blame McNeese. Portland State, Sam Houston, Louisiana-Lafayette and Texas State were all supposed to be better than they turned out to be.

Also, the combined record of Nicholls' opponents is 11-28, only one game better than McNeese's schedule. They are coming off a one-point win over a winless SFA team. Every McNeese game has been a double-digit win.

I am predicting upset special this week. The previous weeks everything seems to have gone to form.

UNI loses to W. Illinois - W. Illinois wins only because UNI is on the road.

Nicholls State wins over McNeese

UNH's playoff hopes are deminished as Hofstra remains unbeaten. Huggins gets involved early and UNH run defense has no answers to this ball controlled offense.

Minnesota takes down NDSU.

App State wins over Georgia Southern.

Wofford continues to roll through the season as wins easily over Elon.
