EAST GREENSBORO – Sophomore Naiya Sawtelle (Stuart, Fla.) received the first-ever Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) weekly award in North Carolina A&T history when the conference named her offensive volleyball player of the week on Monday. She was also the first A&T student-athlete to win a Big South Conference weekly honor when she accomplished the feat in 2021.
