Three Eastern Illinois football players were listed on the Phil Steele preseason All-Ohio Valley Conference first team released today (August 3) by the publication. A total of ten players were honored across the three preseason teams with Isaiah Hill, Jordan Miles and Jordan Vincent all earning first team recognition.
