CSN West: Mid-Season Report

The "West" is having a strong showing this year with the No. 1 team in all three polls and the GPI. Five West teams are currently in the Top 10 in both the Sports Network and FCS Coaches polls as well and six occupy that status in the Any Given Saturday poll and the GPI. Just a reminder, the West this year includes the Big Sky, Gateway, Great West, and the Southland Conferences. These conferences are four of the top six conferences in the GPI.

UNI hasn't had a sell out in over 10 years?

I was suprised when I say that fact as well on the press release from UNI. The Panthers have had some good teams since 1995.

The Gateway a western conference? How a conference with four teams east of the Mississippi River is called a western conference is beyond me. Is this an example of east Coast bias?
