The University of Pennsylvania head women's basketball coach, Mike McLaughlin, has announced the addition of Floor Toonders to the Quakers' roster for the 2022-23 season. Toonders come to Penn after playing at the University of Florida the past two years and will have two years of eligibility with the Quakers.
