SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE MEETINGS ARE TODAY
The Southland Conference Football Media Day, presented by BuyB1.com, is set for today, July 20, at the L’Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles (https://www2.llakecharles.com/hotel?gclid=CjwKCAjwiJqWBhBdEiwAtESPaBAQ-EHXCfW-mnMxceHHBPPZe3fMWdSbkjA9etC6ISUToEsFf76sxRoCbXMQAv D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds). The event will air live on an ESPN+, with the broadcast running from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. CT. McNeese will be up at around 2PM.
The SLC hosted the representatives of each program last night at the Petro Bowl for some interaction and competition among the players.

Do you feel comfortable with the players you have replaced on the roster? In other words, have we filled in the holes?
Are there any scholarships still available and can we expect any additional players on August 3 that are not on the current roster?
What is your major concern heading into August Camp? What area of the team would you consider your biggest strength?
As much as I would like to ask about specific positions such as quarterback, I have been to too many of these interviews and know that most coaches will avoid singling out specific players. So, I would just ask what players have surprised you in the off-season and are trending to be Fall surprises? Fans will be surprised at the development of ……………………………..?
Do you feel any freshmen have a shot at playing time on the top two of the depth chart?

I guess the McNeese videos don't show up nicely like the videos Mr. Lion posts because they are "A" rated for Awful teams and come with a warning about the content for fans, children, and pets. Major rebuilding here. Prayers are needed.

When Bailiff did his interview with the two Lion players, he had some good anecdotes about McNeese and Cowboy fans. He remembers McNeese, for sure! :-)
