Tough question:
Especially for me if you take out all the ones I know from the 20 years my Dad worked with the Browns and Chiefs. (Out of personal bias would take Schottenheimer, Cowher, Rutigliano, Dungy, and Edwards). I would have loved Halas, Lombardi, if I had been alive or was above 5 when they were coaching.).
