RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond men's basketball coach Chris Mooney has received a three-year contract extension, Vice President and Director of Athletics John Hardt announced Thursday. Mooney, who led the Spiders to the Atlantic 10 Championship and the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament in March, is now under contract through the 2026-27 season.
