FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - South Dakota State's Reid Pierzinski and Daniel Burkhalter competed in the quarterfinal round at the NCAA West Prelims Friday at John McDonnell Field on the University of Arkansas campus. Both athletes came up short of advancing to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
