Saints find a way to lose again today...
52 yard FG by Casay seals the deal as Panthers win 16-13.
Not like the Panthers did anything right to win this game as they pretty much almost gave the game away on a late INT, but the Saints gave them another chance...
Gawd, it feels great to be a Texans fan in NOLA -- especially after that 57 yard FG to win the game against the Dolphins. Texans just need to squeak on by til Jones and Johnson return to give us an actual WR corps...

Andre Johnson is the man!!! I need him back on my fantasy team. My top 6 players are out this week due to injury and or bye.

Perfect result as far as I'm concerned. My favorite team wins, and my least favorite team loses, all in the same game!

Back to the same old saints. xnonono2x A lot of people bought the hype from last year and made them favorites for the Super Bowl.

NFL Conspiracy Theory...
NFL told everyone that the Saints were going to be good last year so it would be a great feel good story. Said they would not win the whole thing and the NFL took care of things on the field...
NFL knows Saints need to move out of NOLA. NFL needs a team in LA. NFL tells Saints that they are on their own and no help on the field or off. Saints tank...
When Superdome contract out...Benson moves the Saints to LA...

Does the state of Louisiana still subsidize the Saints? When I lived in NOLA in the late 80's and early 90's, the state used to give them several million a year to stay in New Orleans.

I think they do. Subsidies aren't the kind of things that usually go away.

Agreed. They are completely, totally, 100% unwatchable. The only one worth a damn on defense is Beeson. Peppers is invisible. A mess...

Me too. Of course it was after Kasey's FG on the final play.

Didn't the state fund the repairs of the Superdome?
