PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The 14th ranked University of Richmond men's lacrosse team was on the precipice of history Saturday before the Spiders dropped an 11-10 overtime heartbreaker to third-seeded Penn in the first round of the NCAA Tournament at Penn Park. The loss snapped the Spiders five-game winning streak as they finished the year with an 11-5 overall record. The 11 wins are tied for the second-most wins in a season in program history.
