Durham, N.C.— Rachel Helbling (McDonald, Pa.) led the Spiders at Day Two of the Duke Invitational when tshe led the Spiders' 4x400 to a second-place finish with a 3:45.30 clocking. She was also Richmond's top finisher in the 400m dash, crossing at 54.55 for ninth in a deep field.
