There was no way that Colt Brennan was going to win this year as is. They did not schedule appropriately and I think the folks that vote were going to get him for that...

They're referring to the football team, not the state.

No, I don't think Brennan lost the Heisman today. Hawaii still won the game 48-20. If Hawaii keeps winning, he still has just as much of a chance as he has always had. If Hawaii goes undefeated, I think he finishes 3rd or 4th, but if they lose a game with their schedule, his chances are done.
