Is anyone else having problems connecting to this stream?

I get an error (using IE, Vista)....
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available."

It is working fine for me via FireFox...

I haven't been able to connect to it either for some reason. Never had a problem before.
