JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 23, 2022) – Ahead of the first spring football practice this afternoon, ETSU Head Football Coach George Quarles announced the hiring of Chris Grimes and Joe Horn to the Buccaneer staff. Grimes, a former coach at ETSU, comes back to Johnson City to coach the defensive backs. Meanwhile, Horn will take over as the new wide receivers coach for ETSU.
