What offense does Wofford run nowdays?

Still lots of option but they have added to it and were really imaginative today. They also are a MUCH better passing team than they have been in years past. I was very impressed with their offense today.

Wofford runs the triple option, but out of multiple formations. Even the shotgun is primarily a running formation. We don't use the wingbone that often anymore, except when our second team quarterback is in the game (our starter doesn't do as well from that formation). Wofford has been running the triple option since 1969 (except for a few years in the late 70's when we ran the veer offense)

We were joking today about what a pass was in the Wofford stands today.
Passing keeps defenses honest, as we run the triple option. Ayers has called the passing game our fourth option. Noticed today that ASU kept 8 or 9 and sometimes 10 in the box today. Several key pass plays resulted form that defensive formation.
