Randy Moss just caught a TD with 2:56 left in the third to make it 31-7.

It seems that San Diego needs a bit of work in the secondary.

Or is that just because they think somebody is watching them? xlolx

San Diego's Defensive line looked fat and slow... and their linebackers might be over-rated...

This was a put-up or shut-up game for San Diego and they looked weak...

I think the Pats wanted to make a statement tonight that they didn't need to cheat in order to win.

The Pats defense allowed 201 yards of offense, which ain't much especially for a team that is supposed to have a highly touted offense. When you have a QB like Rivers and a RB like Tomlinson, you'd better be getting close to double what they did tonite. And oh yes, Tomlinson rushed 18 times for 43 yards.xeekx The Pats D is good, but Tomlinson should be able to overcome that for as good as he is.

Brady= best QB in the NFL by far. It's not farfetched to say that the Pats will go 16-0 this year.

Pats are gonna be so dominant this year that the NFL is going to have to change rules (again)!

Let's not get ahead of ourselves boys. I'm am a Pats fan, but beating one team doesn't mean you can beat them all.

But I'd love to see someone spoil that stupid party those old 76' Dolphins players always have when the last undefeated team loses. And it might as well be the Patriots.xthumbsupx

I'm pretty sure it was the 1972 Dolphins. But yes, they are annoying.

For some reason im sure football fans would have more of a problem with the Patriots going 19-0 then hearing about the champagne drinking 17-0 Dolphins every year.

Well, if that's so, then Belichick brought it unto himself and his team for that - cheating tends to make people not like you so much. xpeacex

Thought's from a Chargers fan:

Drayton Florence is bad, and Jammer is overrated. :(
OLB: Phillips is a great pass-rusher, needs run help.xrulesx Merriman is an animalxthumbsupx
ILB: missing Donnie Edwards xbawlingx
Jamal Williams was hurt in the first half and out the second half. Ryon Bingham is not Jamal Williams...xoopsx

Rivers looked like he was QB for Southern Utah vs. USC...xsmhx

The Patriots were disliked before the video thing last week.... Fans don't like one team having so much sucess, especially those who are fans of teams that have sucked for so long.

But nothing like this - and heck, the Pats haven't won the Super Bowl for a couple years now so it's not like they were still back in the heyday of the 3 Super Bowls. Some people actually respected Belichick despite his grumpy demeanor. But now it's hard to look past the blatant cheating.

Yeah, that's still not like Bellichick using a video camera to film the other team's coordinators. You know, they can throw a flag on the defense if they are caught doing that, just like they can if the defense holds, or pass interferes, etc. Nothing like spy-gate though. xthumbsupx

mmmm...ok, sure, videotaping coach's signals from the sideline, in express disregard of specific instructions from the commissioner not to, is exactly like holding or pass interference. xrolleyesx xrotatehx xrolleyesx I'll be waiting for the list of fines and draft picks that are to be lost following this week's games - heck, at roughly 10 penalties, er, cheatings, per game, we may not even have a draft next year. xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx xpeacex

Upon further review, you are indeed correct. It was the 1972 Dolphins.

But I still could do without them.

The messed up part is that nobody has questioned mangina about anything. If the pats have been doing this for a while wouldn't that make mangina part of it.

Some sports analysts suggest that atleast 5 other coaches do it including Mangini. Thats why Goodell announced the penalties so quick hoping to get the other teams that do it to stop before they get caught.
