Bobby Washington, a Towson University Hall of Fame member who was instrumental in the Tigers' rise to a number one national basketball ranking during their NCAA Division II glory days in the late seventies, passed away at his Peachtree City, Ga. home January 12th following complications from COVID-19. He was 65-years-old.
