From Staff Reports
N.C. Central's Oct. 6 game against West Alabama has been canceled, the schools announced today.
The game was scheduled at Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala., but it was canceled because of a breach in the game contract by the Varsity Sports Marketing Group, the game's promoter.
That gives both teams an open date for Oct. 6.

That is crazy. Is it too late for it to become a home game for one team or the other with a guarantee? That's sad to hear.

The word is that the payout for either visiting team isn't worth the travel expense.
I'm already pissed because we only have four home games; and now this BS.

Maybe the money from the ensuing lawsuit/settlement will be enough to cover it?
