RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond women's basketball team fended off a late comeback attempt by Duquesne Saturday evening to open up Atlantic 10 play with an 82-76 win against the Dukes at the Robins Center. Four Spiders scored in double-figures, led by Kate Klimkiewicz with a season-high 20 points, as Richmond won its sixth consecutive game to improve to 10-4 overall this season and 1-0 in A-10 play. Duquesne falls to 5-8 overall and 0-1 in A-10 play with the loss.
