NEW YORK — Former Columbia standout men's basketball player and Athletics Hall of Famer Frank Thomas' 56CC' 63LAW has passed away at the age of 87. The Lions' all-time and single-season leader in rebounding went on to have a remarkable career as president of the Ford Foundation, one of the world's largest charitable organizations.
