CLINTON, S.C. -- Presbyterian College football freshman wide receiver Jalyn Witcher has been named to the AP FCS All-American team on Tuesday afternoon. It is the second honor of the day for Witcher who was named freshman All-American by Hero Sports earlier on Tuesday as well.
