Will be key to see if JMU offense can counter the Bison defensive line pressure that is wrecking their offense. If not, the JMU d-line will wear down quick in the 2nd half and 4th quarter running lanes could be massive

The refs blew so many calls and missed so much. I know it's easy to pile on the refs in any game but for a game of this importance they really dropped the ball. It was awful.

Previous WIU HC Elliott was an incredibly nice guy.
An incredibly nice guy who won a total of 4 games in the last 3 years...so that's where "nice" got us.

When it came to opposing fanbases visiting Fargo (I realize this isn't a large enough sample size), the only notable "weird" interactions....or lack there of.....was JMU 2011. Usually, you can have pretty good banter with people in the lots....but the JMU crowd was standoff-ish and borderline nomadic....it was weird. xlolx

And wild the refs didn't even notice. They hiked the ball for 3rd down with 1:51 on the clock. Which means some how they stretched a 40 second play clock into 1 minute and 4 seconds. How that goes unnoticed is insane.

I'm watching the replay right now. At the mark I referenced, the clock expires for a good 5 seconds and they don't throw a flag. That's the play you're referring to. I was at the game, there was no other situation where people were upset about the clock expiring.

I am shocked with all the talk about ALL the stuff the refs messed up, nobody has said a word about ZERO holding calls the whole game. without a doubt BOTH teams could have been called multiple times but i do not think anyone took greater advantage than the left tackle for JMU. i am pretty sure he was actually the leading tackler in the game.
