FARGO, N.D. – No. 2 seed North Dakota State (11-1) will host seventh-seeded East Tennessee State (11-1) in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I Football Championship at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome.
