AP decided teams from FCS can be voted into FBS top 25

Just heard this on ESPN wondering if anyone else heard this during the MTSU Lousville game. I think its great and congrats to App state of course for representing FCS teams so well.

Unfortunantly this news comes after the only time in recorded history where an FCS team had a legitimate chance to be ranked. The fact that App is playing a D-II this week will probbaly mean voters will forget about them or retract a possible vote.
