How does the Big Ten Network actually work? Seems they have multiple games going at same time...they "regionalize" it or something for that part o the nation? What about the rest of the country?

The Big 10 Network is showing all games live, just on different channels on Direct TV. I think there are four games at 11:00 central time today, including the Eastern Illinios @ Purdue game. All the games are on channels around 220 on the Direct TV system.
