SIU struggling the last 4 games...hard to stop bad play in the play-off field. USD had a hard reality check yesterday slap them in the face. I see USD recovering and playing hard to save face after NDSU destroyed them. USD's coach will have that team ready to play. USD by 10.

SIU has one too, complete with exciting ending - however I have to agree, SIU has been a different team after their bye week, especially the o line. Both teams peaked earlier in the season and either will be a warmup game for NDSU.

I would love to see SIU come up in the 2nd round and get a taste of this Bison team, not the mess of a team in the spring. But I think USD wins this at home.

SIU did not look like a playoff team against YSU. USD has been mostly solid on D this season. Home game edge. My pick is USD.

For me it doesn't matter which team comes up, either one is getting rolled.

KSU would be a fun team to have up here. Option teams are fun to watch. Bison heyday in the 80s were option/veer teams.

It would be nice to see some new teams. Valley team in 2nd round was pretty much predictable but the round of 16 will be a new team...if the Bison make it there but with the way the team is playing, neither USD/SIU will beat them.

How is it that Javon Williams Jr only has 82 rush attempts in 11 games for SIU this year? Has he had some nagging injuries? He was a monster in 2019 and seemed like a guy who can shoulder 20 carries a game easily. He's such a load to bring down you'd think you could really wear down a defense by pounding him at them. Maybe that explains why SIU is only averaging 26:17 in TOP this year.

YSU ran for 268 and a 5.1 ave against the SIU defense. USD should run the ball...a lot. I would love to see SIU come up and get a beat down in the FD but I do not think they get by the Coyotes.

It isn't one thing, he would be the first thing you want to take away when you play SIU, and injuries have been catching up team wide. He had a couple of 20+ runs and a 40 pass completion against YSU, I was thinking the lack of touches must be injury
