2021 AGS Pick'em Challenge (Week 12)

So, I'm sitting here wondering why in the world no one has submitted picks yet! There's usually a dozen or so people who like to pick on Tuesday. Well, like a fool, I never actually posted a thread on Monday night. xsmhx But they're here now!

***Anyways, as I mentioned in the previous week, the final round of pick'em has 10 bonus questions! There is a major catch, though! You can only use any given team just once! Using a team more than once voids all other answers. Also, it has to be one of the 58 teams included in this week's pick'em form. (It's not 60 because the 30th game is the lower division game. Please don't pick from that one. That's why clowns appear on the scoresheet.) Also, for the final two bonus questions, I included a throwback to the week 8 contest of picking teams no one else picks. I know many people didn't like it, but I loved it! haha It added all sorts of fun strategy and guaranteed 6 people some bonus points. Long story short. 10 bonus questions and you must pick 10 different teams for those questions. No repeats, no D2 picks, and no teams not on this week's pick'em form! Good luck!***

I agree with this. After doing this contest, as well as the survival one, I am going to hate "DAHT-mut" (Dartmouth for those of us on the west coast) for the rest of my life, whereas before I really didn't really pay much attention to the Ivies. xlolxxthumbsupx

Long day busy of watching football and basketball. I just now finished all the tiebreakers, but I'll have to start scoring the regular games tomorrow, so it'll still be a little bit.

What a wild and crazy final week! I'm pretty sure every bonus question had at least one person pick up the bonus. Cellar dweller FCSbuff319 crushed the picks with 22 correct and then also correctly picked Montana as one of the first teams to score. Caribbeanhen had 19 picks, but also had the Elon game along with two bonus questions! A few people got up to 3 bonus questions correctly, but no one got 4 or more.

What had been a runaway for the first half of the season ended up being a very tight battle at the top! JacksFan40 took down the title and Prime Power held off a hard charging carib and Scrappy to nab 2nd! Caribbeanhen took down first place for the second half of the season. Kalm had a chance for that title, but didn't do any picks the last week. Great season everybody! Hope to see you back next year! (And also for the playoff pick'em battle!)
