Following a six-point weekend in a sweep over Miami that helped power UND to its first 4-0-0 start in conference play since 2015-16, sophomore defenseman Jake Sanderson was named the NCHC's Defenseman of the Week by the league office on Monday afternoon. Joining Sanderson as weekly winners are Denver sophomore Carter Savoie for Forward of the Week, Minnesota Duluth junior Ryan Fanti for Goaltender of the Week and DU forward Carter Mazur for Rookie of the Week.
