Iowa City, Iowa – North Dakota Cross Country will compete in the NCAA Midwest Regional Friday morning at the Ashton Cross Country Course hosted by the University of Iowa. The women's 6,000m race will start at 11:00 a.m. and the men will run their first 10,000m race of the season at 12:00 p.m.
