CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah men's and women's cross country teams will be running in the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships this Friday, November 12 in Provo, Utah. The meet will be hosted by BYU at Timpanogos Golf Club with the women's race starting at 11:00 a.m. and the men's race starting at 12:00 p.m.
