RICHMOND, Va. -- Michael Walz, a senior at Conestoga High in Berwyn, Pa., has signed his National Letter of Intent and will join the Spiders basketball team next fall. Walz, a 6'11" center, chose Richmond from a group of nine Division I offers, including Saint Joseph's in the Atlantic 10 and Penn State in the Big Ten.
