NORFOLK, Va. – North Carolina Central University senior linebacker Noah Rainbow-Douglas has been named MEAC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance during a 38-36 double-overtime victory over Norfolk State on Nov. 6, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference announced on Monday (Nov. 8).
