Stranger things have happened. Plus you've got a fairly direct transitive win from a few weeks ago. South Dakota beat Northern Iowa (in Cedar Falls) by 13, then the very next week, you guys beat South Dakota (in Vermillion) by 6.

I don't think it's likely that you'll win, but who knows...Farley could always "Farley it up"? Or maybe the "Spack 'stache" power gets stronger in winter.

At this point, we are exactly 50/50 on NDSU @ SDSU. I think this pick will be a major determining factor in making up/losing ground.

Also, Redbird 4th and short, I think MSU @ SIU, YSU @ UND, and USD @ WIU are as (or even more) likely to have an upset than UNI @ ISUr. If ISUr wins, however, I will have to go to the dartboard to figure out some (most) of my rankings for the AGS poll. ;)

The two things I remembered were 1) Tyler Roehl shrivels up and shrinks the playbook to a recipe card in big games and we no longer have Trey Lance to bail him out, and 2) SDSU is too good to keep ****ting the bed, as I think they gave away the SIU game and arguably gave away the UNI game as well.

who is #1 for the Bison?
Christian Watson, WR out of the Tampa, FL area. He'll be playing on Sundays next year. Probably the most talented WR to come through the NDSU program since they moved D1... too bad they can't figure out how to use him more.

I only saw some of the 4th quarter but that one pass play to him where he did it all was pretty spectacular
