PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania football team put it together on both sides of the ball Saturday afternoon at Franklin Field, and the result was a 45-17 romp of Brown. With the win, the Quakers improved to 3-4 overall, 1-3 in Ivy League play while the Bears fell to 2-5 overall, 1-3 in Ivy play.
