Solid, perhaps to the point of being unsung, among Appalachian’s talented, veteran corps of receivers ... slated to be the starter at the ‘Z’ receiver position as a senior ... is ASU’s only married player.

2006:Appeared in 12 games, making six starts in ASU’s deep rotation of receivers ... was hampered by a nagging shoulder injury that caused him to miss three games and not play at 100 percent for a handful more ... ranked seventh on team with seven catches and sixth with 120 receiving yards, but trailed only all-SoCon performer William Mayfield in yards per reception (17.6) ... caught one pass in seven different games ... hauled in a 35-yard reception to spur a scoring drive in 21-10 win over No. 12 James Madison ... after sitting out 3-of-4 games due to the shoulder ailment, got ASU rolling with an 18-yard touchdown catch to open the scoring in 49-24 national semifinal triumph over No. 5 Youngstown State.

2005: Appeared in all 15 games, making 10 starts ... finished tied for seventh on the team with 18 receptions and ranked eighth on the squad with 215 receiving yards ... hauled in two touchdown passes, good for a tie for fourth on the team ... had back-to-back three-reception outings at The Citadel and Furman, scoring a touchdown in both contests ... made perhaps the catch of the year with an acrobatic catch off a tipped pass for a 31-yard touchdown at Furman ... had a season-high four receptions for 46 yards, including season-long 44 yarder, in quarterfinal victory over Southern Illinois.

2004: Appeared in all 11 games as a true freshman, making four starts ... finished fourth on team with 251 receiving yards and tied for fifth with 18 receptions ... first-career reception was his only touchdown catch of the season, a six-yarder versus Eastern Kentucky ... had at least one reception in each of the final 10 games of the season ... turned in a season-high 62 receiving yards versus Texas State, including a season-long 35-yard reception ... caught a career-high three balls for 29 yards at Chattanooga.

Had a terrific showing at Montana State last season. Has been battling, and will continue to battle with fellow senior QB Matt Engle for the snaps this season.

Cal Poly's starting quarterback since the UC Davis game midway through the 2005 season ... expected to continue in that role this fall, challenged by Jonathan Dally and Keoni Akina.

2006 -- Started 10 of the 11 games as a sophomore and also played in the San Jose State game ... completed 76 of 169 passes for 1,208 yards and 10 touchdowns ... passed for career-high 258 yards and two touchdowns in win over Sacramento State, completing 14 of 25 passes ... also connected on 14 of 27 passes for207 yards against Montana ... rushed for 344 yards on 118 carries and scored twice -- against Fort Lewis and UC Davis ... ran for 53 yards against Fort Lewis and 51 against San Diego State.
