PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania's John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men's Basketball, Steve Donahue, has announced the program's captains for the 2021-22 season. By a vote of their teammates, senior Jelani Williams and junior Lucas Monroe will lead the Quakers this season.
