In today's Morning Call two writers, one covering Lehigh, the other Lafayette made their picks. Not surprisingly, each writer picked the team he is covering this year (need to be allowed in the locker room, right?), However, the line up was different for each from 1-7 as follows:
Groller: 1. Lehigh
2. Colgate
3. Bucknell
4. Lafayette
5. Fordham
6. Holy Cross
7. Georgetown
Miller: 1. Lafayette
2. Lehigh
3. Colgate
4. Bucknell
5. Fordham
6. Holy Cross
7. Georgetown
Excellent feature on QB Borda and how he rose up from his high school senior year difficulties to become a leader, not only on the team, but on the overall campus and being involved with Lehigh Valley Big Brother program.

I'm going to guess that Coach Tavani will only use this as more motivation for his team. He has to love Keith Groller by now for all of the material, especially the insert that he had for the players at breakfast before the 24-10 game last year.

I don't think either school lets reporters into the locker room. They get their quotes from the post game press conferences.

That was meant in a figurative sense. They're the ones out there during the week dealing with the coaching staff and SID's. Getting guff this early in the season is not on their menu.:-)

Yeah, that's understandable. Good use of metaphoric language, just wasn't sure if you were using it that way or not. I'm sure Miller and Groller will cover both schools objectively  .
