Thought it was an NFL score when I first saw it.

They scored all of the runs in four innings, 5 in the 4th, 9 in the 6th, 10 in the 8th, and 6 in the 9th. There were only four pitchers in the entire game for the Orioles; they let each of them just get pounded continuously. Also, the game only lasted 3 hours and 21 minutes, which is about a normal length for a game nowadays.

The most amazing stat in all this - it's been like 2 years since the ravens gave up 30 points.

Not much of a choice, they are playing a double header today with only a few minutes between games, cant waste all the pitchers in the first game.

Clearly that was what they were thinking. They had already conceded the game in the 6th inning when it was 14-3, so they just started leaving in pitchers until they threw 60 or 70 pitches.

And that was after that juggernaut Raven O got a Matt Stover field goal to take an early 3-0 lead. xwhistlex xwhistlex xwhistlex

I just saw them lose (in Texas) 6 to2 to the freakin' Royals... they couldn't buy a run...
what I would have given to be at that game... I love this kind of stuff
I saw the Tigers beat the Twins in 1991 by 23 to 6 (that's my best guess) it might have been 21 to 6 but you get the point... it was a good time
BTW: No beer after the 7th inning.. well that came around 12:15 am... now you understand...

Completely embarrassing.
It's offically football season as of right now for me. I've got tickets to the game this Saturday. The only reason I'll go is my girls have been looking forward to it.

I thought the Phillies score was bad, but this is a drubbing.

The O's should have let a position player pitch an inning or two. Maybe Markakis or Huff...xrolleyesx

I watched the ninth inning after seeing the score on the snail and it seemed like some of the fans were cheering for the Rangers to score more. The funny thing was that because it was the first game of a doubleheader, the Yards was pretty full to see the final out of a 30-3 loss. BTW, the O's were up 3-0 after three. xlolx

Markakis was quite a pitcher in JuCo, down at Young Harris in Northern Georgia. My brother went 3 for 5 with a HR off him, but insists he's the best player he ever played against.
