WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - William & Mary women's soccer alumna Kathy Carter '91 was recently elevated to chief executive of the Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. She was previously serving as the Chief Revenue Officer of Los Angeles 2028, beginning in 2018.
